IA 737/2020 in C.P.(IB) 1587/(MB)/2019 This is an application filed by the RP for extension of CIRP period under Section 12 of the Code, on the strength of the resolution passed by the CoC in the meeting held on 15.2.2020, with a vote share of 100%. The Counsel for the applicant submits that CIRP period ends on 21.3.2020 and he seeks for extension of CIRP period by 90 days. Since this application is in consonance with Section 12 of IBC, 2016, this application is allowed and now CIRP period will end on 16.6.2020.
