Judgment
In I.A. 2222 of 2022 a prayer has been made seeking a direction to the Resolution Professional and Committee of Creditors to forthwith remit INR 64,53,00,000/- and in I.A. 2281 of 2022, the Applicant has prayed for sending back the Resolution Plan. Mr. Abhijeet Sinha, Learned Counsel appearing for the Resolution Professional seeks time to reply these Applications. Let him file Reply within three days.
Rejoinder, if any, may be file before the next date fixed.
Learned Counsel for the parties have pointed out that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has issued directions in this matter and the Appeals have to be heard before 10th August, 2022.
The IDBI Bank/Appellant has made a request for adjournment. Let these Appeals be listed on 26th July, 2022 on which date the Appeals shall be heard.
In Comp. App. (AT) (Ins.) No. 982 of 2019 Interim Order shall continue.
Learned Counsel for the parties are at liberty to submit their Short Notes of Submissions before the date fixed.
