Judgment
This is an application filed under Section 12(2) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by Resolution Professional for extension of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Period for 90 days. Ld. Counsel states that in 5th CoC meeting held on 22.07.2019 at agenda item No. 15 the extension of CIRP by further 90 days was considered by the CoC and after deliberation the said agenda was resolved with 100% voting in favour of the application for extension. Accordingly, the Resolution Professional is directed to file an appropriate application. The voting results are also annexed with the said meeting along with the application. Considering the submissions made by the counsel and documents placed on record the application is allowed thereby. The prayer 'a' is granted and extension of 90 days beyond expiry of 180 days is granted from 24.08.2019.
