The present application has been filed without making any claim before the Resolution Professional. Such type of applications is not maintainable because the law on the subject in large number of cases by now stands settled and the RPs are expected to act in accordance with law. It is only in cases where the RP acts against law that intervention by the Adjudicating Authority would be warranted. We relegate the applicant to file claim before the RP.
