Mr.Mark Khapai, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks time to supply copies of this miscellaneous application to Mr.Salam Samarjeet, learned
counsel for respondents No.2, 3 and 4; Mr.Y.Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.5; and Mr. L.Anand, learned counsel
for respondent No.6. Needful shall be done well before the next date of hearing to enable the learned counsel to file their affidavits-in-opposition, if
any.
Registry is directed to print the names of Mr.Salam Samarjeet and Mr.L.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents, and delete
the name of Mr.R.K.Umakanta, learned counsel, as he is not appearing in the matter.
