Judgment

This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner being a loanee has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party for settling the loan outstanding dues in respect of the loan account TLHTL Ac.No.018830100052019 through OTS.
During course of hearing, Mr. Tuna Sahu, learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Bank submits that at the threshold the Petitioner should approach the Bank authorities for the above purpose.
Considering the above submission of learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Bank, this Court directs the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party/Bank with a dues through O.T.S in between 17th January, 2024 to 19th January, 2024.
It is further directed that after approach of the Petitioner, the Opposite Party/Bank will provide opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner on the said proposal. So that a negotiated amount can be arrived at, which will also be accepted by the parties concerned. It is also directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner till a decision is taken in the matter by the Opposite Party/Bank.
This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
