Judgment
Suraj Govindaraj, J
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
i) Wherefore, it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court, may be pleased to Issue a writ of Certiorari/writ / order/direction of appropriate nature quashing the issued by the respondent 1, no letter no.541 dated 3.10.2024, Annexure-D
ii) Issue a writ of writ / order/direction of appropriate nature to by passing such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including the cost of this proceedings, in the Interest of justice and equity.
iii) Call far records on hand and Issue direction to the Respondents and to pass any orders that may be deemed necessary in the matter, in the interest of justice.
The essential grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's membership with respondent No.1-Society has been unilaterally terminated. If that be so, the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy in terms of filing civil suit since matter is contractual in nature.
Reserving such liberty to the petitioner, the petition stands disposed off.
