This petition has been preferred for recovery of ­­­Rs.33,08,200/- from the respondent(s).

We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent(s).

We had on earlier dates of adjournments issued notice to concerned Police Station upon the respondent(s) ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­through Pulivendulapolice station jammalamadugu muddanur road, pulivendla,andhra pradesh- 516390.

The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the respondent(s).

We, therefore, request Superintendant of police Pulivendula police station jammalamadugu muddanur road,  pulivendla, andhra pradesh- 516390, that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 1.4.2024 be served upon the respondent(s) through the aforesaid Police Station.

Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 1.4.2024 be sent to Superintendant of police Pulivendula police station jammalamadugu muddanur road,  pulivendla, andhra pradesh- 516390, by the Registered Post AD or by Speed Post.

Dasti/Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as order dated 1.4.2024 of this Tribunal to the Superintendant of police Pulivendula police station jammalamadugu muddanur road,  pulivendla, andhra pradesh- 516390.
