Judgment

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Heard Mr. Sambit Ray , learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K.Maharaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
The Petitioner is in custody since 4th January, 2022 in connection with Balianta P.S. Case No.306/2020 corresponding to T.R. Case No.4/2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 354-A of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, nature of accusations and the period of detention in the custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
The BLAPL is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
