Heard Shri S.K. Singh, Learned Counsel for the petitioner on the question of admission. The petitioner has filed this application for review alleging that the Janpad Panchayat, Beohari, District Shahdol by wrongly interpreting the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 10246/12 dated 26.07.2012 treating it to be an order of stay and has cancelled the allotment in favour of the petitioner without taking into consideration the fact that the matter is pending decision before the Collector in accordance with the directions issued by this Court.

Apparently, as no patent error apparent on the face of the record has been pointed out by the Learned Counsel for the applicant in the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 10246/12 dated 26.07.2012 and as this Court has not granted any stay therefore, I find no reason to entertain this application for review which is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take up the above mentioned issue regarding misinterpretation before the Collector.

Needless to say that in case the petitioner does so, this issue shall also be looked into by the Collector in accordance with law while deciding the matter, as directed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. With the aforesaid observations, the review petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
