Judgment

Heard Ms. Jyotsana, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The present application had been filed for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 8 in RSA No. 2 of 2019 namely, Chandrasekhar Sharma, who expired on 02-09-2023. The following are the LRs of the said deceased respondent No. 8:-
(i) Smt. Hidangmayum (O) Siromani Devi, aged about 78 years, W/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code - 795001.
(ii) Smt. Hidangmayum Nivedita Devi, aged about 50 years, D/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Impahl, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code – 795001.
(iii) Smt. Hidangmayum Nandita Devi, aged about 45 years, D/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Impahl, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code – 795001.
(iv) Smt. Hidangmayum Dwijaraj Sharma, aged about 40 years, S/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Impahl, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code – 795001.
Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application.
On perusal of the record and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court found sufficient ground for allowing the present application. Accordingly, the present application is hereby allowed.
Applicant is to take steps for incorporating the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 8 as respondents No. 8(i), 8(ii), 8(iii) and 8(iv) in the cause title of the connected second appeal.
With the aforesaid direction, the present appeal is disposed of.
