Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-plaintiff, who is the son of the petitioner No.1, has filed suit for permanent and mandatory injunction against her and his sister. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioners had preferred an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC read with Section 151 CPC praying for rejection of the suit on 23.11.2022. He further submits that the petitioner No.1 is a widow lady and is about 72 years old and thus, the learned court below may be directed to decide the said application within a period of three months.
In view of the submissions made and looking to the fact that the petitioner No.1 is a widow lady and is about 72 years old, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Civil Judge, Pindwara, District Sirohi to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC in Civil Original Suit No.26/2021 titled as Ravindra Kumar Vs. Hemlata Vora and Anr. within a period of three months.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
