Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners in course of argument, brought to the notice of this Court the fact that running of the present Establishment is the sole source of livelihood and in the event the Petitioners are evicted, they will be losing their source of livelihood. It is keeping this in view, a request is being made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that though the Petitioners are agreeable to vacate the premises in the event of personal requirement of the Authority but there should be a consideration by the Competent Authority for their re-location at least.
Mr.P.K.Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India wants to take instruction on such request.
Place this matter on 16.3.2022.
This Court recording the commitment of the Petitioners to vacate the disputed site at least within one and half months directs that in the event the Petitioners file such an affidavit and make request for their re-location before the Competent Authority within seven days from today, the Petitioners may not be disturbed for at least till the next date.
A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India.
