Judgment
Office has pointed out certain defects.
Mr. C.S.Kotwani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the defects pointed out by the office are formal and since the matter is squarely covered by the decision of this Court, the same may be over ruled in the interest of justice.
On the oral request made by Mr. Kotwani, defects pointed out by the office is over-ruled. The case be registered at its regular number.
The matter is taken up for consideration today itself.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 19.05.2017, passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4031/2017, Sandeep Kumar Bishnoi & Ors. Vs. State Of Raj. & Ors..

Heard learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Vikas Choudhary, who is not in a position to distinguish the facts of the present case from the facts and law involved in Sandeep Kumar''s case(Supra).
As such, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the judgment passed in case of Sandeep Kumar Bishnoi (Supra). Accordingly, the respondent State is directed to undertake the exercise of confirming the petitioners as contemplated under Rule 27-B of the Rajasthan Service Rules, 1958. The needful be done within a period of three months from today.
No order as to costs.
