Judgment

[1] Heard Mr. BR. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Addl. AG for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and hence, no
formal notice is required for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
[2] Admit.
[3] Notice to the respondent No. 4 & 5 returnable by 17.8.2021.
[4] After hearing elaborate argument, when this Court posed a question to Mr. BR. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner that whether the
petitioner has been relieved and the 4th respondent has joined in her place, he stated that till date he has not be relieved and the 4th respondent has not
joined in her place whereas Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Addl. AG is disputed.
[5] Anyhow, post this matter on 17.8.2021.
[6] Mr.Lenin Hijam, learned Addl. AG is directed to file his Counter affidavit on that day without fail and the petitioner is directed to take notice and
private notice to the respondent No. 4 & 5.
[7] There shall be an order of interim stay in respect of the impugned order dated 29.06.2021 if the petitioner is already not relieved till 17.8.2021.
[8] Registry is directed to issue the copy of this order to both the parties to their whatsapp/e-mail.
