By consent, this writ appeal itself, is taken up for final disposal.

Mr.A.K.Baskarapanidan, learned special Government Pleader, accepts notice, on behalf of the first and third respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner would represent that the appellant/writ petitioner has conducted the election and

after election, the office bearers submitted Form - VII before the first respondent, on 28.12.2017 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication

in this writ appeal.

Whereas, Mr.V.Sitharanjandas, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the School Committee has conducted

the election on 22.12.2017 and the office bearers have submitted Form - VII before the first respondent on 26.12.2017.

This Court has considered the rival submissions.

Be that as it may, in the light of the said developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal and hence, it is dismissed.

However, if any of the parties are aggrieved, they are at liberty to workout their remedy in accordance with law, before the competent forum. No

costs. Consequently, the C.M.P(MD)No.11981 of 2017 is dismissed.
