Judgment
On the earlier occasion Mr. Ankur Sharma has made a prayer on behalf of R-2 for filing reply but the court recorded that the matters are proceeded ex-parte against R-2 and thus directions were issued for filing appropriate application before
the Hon’ble Bench for seeking permission to file reply in these matters.  Reference was made to order dated 4.3.2020, passed by Hon’ble Bench, wherein it was observed regarding R-1 in B.P. No. 403/2019 that in case they
do not chose to appear on the next date fixed in the matter, an ex-parte order may be passed.  Submission was made on the last occasion on behalf of the petitioner, based on which, order leading to inadvertent error was passed, which is
hereby rectified and R-2 is granted two weeks time to file reply in the matter.  There shall be no extension of time in these matters.  List the matters on the date already fixed, under the heading
