Judgment
Despite the Bailable Warrant issued by this Tribunal vide our order dated 11.05.2023 to be served upon the Proprietor of the respondent thorough Police Station, Indore, State of Madhya Pradesh, the same has not yet been served by the SHO of aforesaid Police Station.
We, therefore, request the Superintendent of Police that the order passed by this Tribunal vide our order dated 11.05.2023 be served upon the Proprietor of the respondent through the aforesaid Police station.
