The assessee has filed appeal against the order of the Learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)/National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC), Delhi [“Ld. CIT(A)”, for short] dated 06.01.2026 for the Assessment Year 2011-12.

None present on behalf of the assessee. However, we observed from the records that the assessee has filed a request for withdrawal of the appeal vide letter dated 25.06.2026. Accordingly, we allow to withdraw the present appeal and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed.
