O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of case bearing Defamation Suit No. 310 of 2025 titled as “Ravishankar Singh vs. Harshita Singh & Ors.” pending before the Court of First Additional Subordinate Judge, Buxar, Bihar to the Additional District Judge, South East Delhi, Saket Court, New Delhi.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing Defamation Suit No. 310 of 2025 titled as “Ravishankar Singh vs. Harshita Singh & Ors.” pending before the Court of First Additional Subordinate Judge, Buxar, Bihar to the Additional District Judge, South East Delhi, Saket Court, New Delhi.
Let the record of the case be transferred without delay. 4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for compliance.
If video conferencing facility is available with the transferee Court, the benefit of the same shall be extended to the parties.
