Judgment

Heard learned advocate Mr. Virat G. Popat on behalf of the applicant and learned APP Mr. Soaham Joshi on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the misdeeds, as alleged in the FIR, are attributed to the son of the applicant who is also a co-accused, which were never within the knowledge of the applicant at the relevant time, however, after the applicant having come to know about the same, necessary procedure for cancellation of the said document have been carried out. Further, the revenue entries which were made on the basis of the alleged forged documents have been cancelled.
Learned advocate for the applicant, under instructions, states that the applicant is ready and willing to join the investigation and would remain present before the investigation authority if directed by the court and shall also provide specimen of her signature for analysis and will appear before the investigating officer on 18.11.2025.
In case, the Investigating Officer needs to arrest the applicant, notice of 7 days shall be given to the applicant prior to such arrest.
The observations of the Court are based upon the submissions of both the learned advocates as well as being apparent from the face of the record and shall not come in the way of the trial.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
