Judgment
Arvind Singh Sangwan, J
Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.192 dated 14.09.2019 registered under Sections 452, 323, 506, 509, 34 IPC at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegations in the FIR, the complainant, who is a doctor, alleged that her employee informed her that a lady patient along with 03 persons had came to her house and thereafter, there was a dispute between the employee and the patient regarding the presence of the doctor. It is further submitted that the petitioner has compromised the matter with the complainant - Dr. Pawanpreet Kaur and relies upon the photocopy of the compromise, which is taken on record as 'Mark T'.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 24.10.2019 at 10:00 AM or on any other date or time, fixed by the Investigating Officer, to join investigation and he shall be released on interim bail on furnishing bail/surety bonds subject to the following conditions:-
He shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
He shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and
He shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.
However, it will be open for the Investigating Officer to call/summon the petitioner as and when required for the investigation by giving an advance notice in writing.
