A complaint was registered against the petitioner and one Pritam Singh on the basis of report given by the S.D.M. Jalandhar. The dispute appears to be of civil nature. The petitioners are claiming the property on the basis of a will said to have been executed by one Avtar Singh.

One of the accused Pritam Singh was released on bail in the event of his arrest by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jalandhar by his order dated 25.6.1999.

I, therefore, direct the release of the petitioners in the event of their arrest in F.I.R. 85 dated 17.6.1999 on condition of their executing a surety bond in a sum of Rs. 20,000/ each with two sureties each in a like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer and also on condition that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation to the Investigating Officer as and when required that the petitioners shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall they give any promise, thereat or inducement to any of the witnesses.

JUDGMENTed accordingly.
