Present petition is for grant of bail to the petitioner in FIR No.

288 dated 4.12.2014 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police

Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner

was earlier released on bail in this case but because of non appearance on

subsequent dates, his bail has been declined by the Court, so, he may be

released on bail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surinder Pal

Singh, admitted that the petitioner was earlier released on bail in this case

but subsequently he misused the concession of bail and remained away from

the proceedings of the Court and was declared proclaimed offender. More

so, he is involved in one more case of NDPS Act against FIR No. 124 dated

12.4.2013, so he is not entitled for bail.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel

for the parties and all the facts that; the petitioner is involved in one more

case and has misused the concession of bail and ultimately was declared

proclaimed offender, he does not deserve the concession of bail, therefore,

the present petition stands dismissed.
