Judgment
The Writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:
That the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to work and the benefits consequential may kindly be granted from the date of termination.''
That the petitioner may kindly be allowed to work as PTA teacher with all consequential benefits from the date of illegal termination as per grant in aid Rules while issuing the writ in the nature of mandamus and further the respondents may kindly be directed to release the grant in aid to the petitioner or any other order which may deem fit be passed in the interest of justice.
It has been fairly submitted before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition could be disposed of in the light of the judgment dated 5.5.2010 passed in CWP No. 3864 of 2009 Mohinder Singh v. State of HP and Ors. along with other connected batch of writ petitions. In the absence of otherwise instructions, Sr. Additional Advocate General is not in a position to take a different view. As such, the present writ petition is disposed of in the light of the observations made in the operative part of the judgment above mentioned.
In view of the disposal of the present writ petition, all the pending application(s) are also disposed of.
