Judgment
None is present on behalf of the petitioner even in the second round. On 20.07.2020 this court has passed the following order:-
None is present for the petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, list this matter again on 27.07.2020.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-
It is, therefore, humbly prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and
 I) To issue appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby may kindly be directed to conduct re- PET/PST of Petitioner and if
Petitioner found suitable then respondent may kindly be directed given appointment to Petitioner with all consequential benefits.
ii) Any other appropriate order or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also
kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.
The prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is for conducting PET/PST of petitioner, while the physical efficiency test has already been
conducted by respondent for the post of constable in the year 2018 itself and sections have already been over.
In that view of the matter, no case is made out in favour of the petitioner.
Hence, instant writ petition is dismissed.
