The petitioner has filed Exhibit P1 complaint (C.M.P.No.1472 of 2020) before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvananthapuram

regarding the illegal conduct of a Director Board meeting of “Signature Media Pvt. Ltd.â€, a Private Limited Company, of which the petitioner

claims to be the founder and Managing Director. The petitioner alleges that the meeting was conducted without intimating him and in violation of the

lockdown restrictions. According to the petitioner, by conducting the meeting illegally and forging the minutes of the Director Board meeting, the

accused have committed offences under Sections 120B, 447, 461, 427, 349, 468, 473, 107 read with 34 of IPC. The petitioner has filed Exhibit P1

complaint on 25.2.2020 and is aggrieved by the delay on the part of the jurisdictional court in passing orders thereon.

In the report called for by this Court, the jurisdictional Magistrate has stated that the complaint was posted to 7.8.2020 for taking sworn statement

of the petitioner. Thereafter, due to lock down restriction, the C.M.P was adjourned from time to time. That, the next posting date is 12.3.2021 and the

C.M.P can be disposed in one month.

In the light of the report, the original petition is disposed of directing the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvananthapuram to take earnest

effort to pass orders on C.M.P.No.1472/2020 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
