Today, there is no request on behalf of the applicants’ counsel for adjournment. It appears that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Execution Application No. 230/2020 in OA No. 741 of 2019 is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. All associated MAs are also disposed of. No costs.
