From the bench records, it is observed that there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner on 10.08.2022, 14.11.2022, 16.01.2023 and 21.03.2023. Today also, when the matter is called twice, none appears for the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case. Hence, C.P.(IB)/1218(MB)2021 is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
