Alok Singh, J.—Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that judgment-debtor/Petitioners are ready and willing to pay the decretal amount, however, they need some time to pay the decretal amount in installments. Learned Counsel further states that a proper application shall be moved before the learned Executing Court seeking permission to pay decretal amount in installments. Learned Counsel further states that meanwhile property of the judgment debtors should not be sold in the execution of the decree. In view of the above, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty.

Present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is made clear that in the event of moving such application seeking permission to pay entire decretal amount in installments within 10 days from today, the same shall be disposed of by the learned Executing Court in accordance with law sympathetically and till decision is taken thereon, order impugned shall not be given effect to. In the event of permitting the Petitioner - judgment debtors to make payment of decretal amount in installments, the learned Executing Court shall be at liberty to postpone the selling of the property of judgment debtors till such time as the Executing Court deems fit.
