By way of this writ petition, the limited prayer of the petitioner is with regard to issuance of a direction to the respondent-Board to decide the
representation, which has been made by her with regard to her adjustment, copy of which has been annexed with the petition as Annexure P-3.
The case of the petitioner is that she is presently serving with respondent-Board as Superintendent Grade-II and keeping in view her health
condition, she has been adjusted in the office of respondent-Board at Jassure, District Kangra, H.P. against the post of Head Draftsman. By way of
representation Annexure P-3, she has stated that, as a post of Superintendent Grade-II is likely to fall vacant on 28.02.2021, at Jassure itself,
therefore, she be adjusted agaisnt the said post, especially keeping in view the fact that she is a widow and is to superannuate within a period of one
year and five months as from today.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the authority(s) concerned may pass appropriate
order on the representation (Annexure P-3) so made by the petitioner on or before 10. 02.2021. If so desired, personal hearing may also be given to
the petitioner.
Though, the respondent-Board obviously will be at liberty to take into consideration its administrative exigency before passing any order, but in case,
it is possible to adjust the petitioner at the present station, then, the same be done keeping in view the fact, as stated at bar, that the petitioner happens
to be a widow and has to superannuate within a period of less than two years.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
