Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following relief:
"That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner from General EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category and be given appointment as Staff Nurse, due to the fact that 5 posts were vacant from the said category, after the conclusion of the first counseling, in which the petitioner not only participated but also submitted her requisite documents."
The petition appears to be misconceived as the petitioner herself, against column No. 10, has mentioned herself to be belonging to General Category without there being any mention of her belonging to General Economically Weaker Section (EWS). In such circumstances, the petitioner has no one to blame except herself.
Since the petitioner is not eligible to appear under the General Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, therefore, the present petition is clearly misconceived and dismissed as such, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
