While placing on record, copy of reply/compliance, which is taken on record, learned counsel for the respondents states that the mandate contained in the order sought to be executed, has been duly complied with.

Having taken note of the averments contained in the reply/compliance, as well as orders dated 31.5.2023 and 6.7.2023, issued under the signatures of Chief Executive Officer-cum-Secretary, HIMUDA, this court finds that in terms of mandate contained in the order sought to be executed, work charge status has been granted to Desh Raj, Naresh Kumar and Geeta Ram, with effect from 1.1.2009 upto July 2010 on notional basis and thereafter they have been held entitled to arrears of financial benefits with effect from August, 2010 on actual basis.

Having perused the reply/compliance, especially orders dated 31. 5.2013 and 6.7.2023, this court is convinced and satisfied that the mandate contained in the order sought to be executed has been duly complied with, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings, which are accordingly closed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, qua his surviving grievances, if any.
