None appears for the appellant, when the matter is called out.
The present Appeal has been pending since June, 2022, and despite repeated opportunities, the defects have not been removed. Consequently, the Registry has placed the matter before this Court.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present Appeal. Even otherwise, we have perused the impugned judgment rendered by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 1195 of 2021 (S/S) dated 17.09.2021.
The petitioner (appellant herein) was aggrieved by the fact that the respondents had issued an order, whereby the respondents had directed the petitioner to discharge duties as Senior Administrative Officer, Rural Works Department, Dehradun in its Circle Office as well as in the Divisional Office. The learned Single Judge found that the petitioner had no valid grievance, and consequently dismissed the petition. Even otherwise, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
The Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
