Judgment
This is the first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.325/2000 registered at Police Station - Rajgarh, District-Dhar under Section 394 & 395 of IPC.
According to the prosecution case, the complainant and other co-passengers, who were going for treatment of a patient, were robbed on their way on 03.10.2020 by 25-30 unknown miscreants. While committing robbery, they also caused them injuries.. The matter was investigated and charge-sheet was filed against co-accused Dhansingh and Kalia. They both were acquitted vide judgment dated 28/07/2008 passed in Sessions Trial No.280/06 by Additional Sessions Judge, Sardarpur. After about 20 years of the incident now the petitioner has been arrested on 03/06/2020.
