Judgment

Heard Ms. Pushpa Joshi, Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Chetna Latwal, Advocate for the applicants and Mr. J.S. Virk, AGA with Ms. Shivali
Joshi, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.
The applicants are in jail having been implicated in Case Crime No.44 of 2018, which has been registered under Sections 3/5/11 (1) of the
Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act and under Section 11 (d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, at Police Station Kelakhera,
District Udham Singh Nagar. The applicants are in jail since 18.04.2018.
Considering the overall evidence which is presently available before this Court and the fact that the applicants are in jail since 18.04.2018, the
applicants have been able to make out a case for bail. The bail application is accordingly allowed.

Let the applicants be enlarged on bail in the aforesaid crime on their executing personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the equal amount to the
satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned/court concerned.
It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of grant of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any
other proceedings.
