Judgment
This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
Heard Mr.Ranjan Kumar Rout, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. Asutosh Sahoo, learned counsel for the Respondent.
Perused the Mediation Report dated 05.7.2021. The Mediator reported that there has been settlement between the parties. The Appellant and
Respondent have undertaken before him to submit a joint petition in the MATA seeking kind orders of the court for divorce by mutual consent.
However, no such Petition has been filed.
The Appellant and Respondent shall file the joint petition on the next duly identified by the counsel and attach copies of the identification like
Aadhaar Card or any such document of identification proof.
List this matter on 9th August, 2021. On that date, the Appellant and Respondent shall appear before this Court on virtual mode duly identified by
their respective counsels.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the
High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate Mr. Mr.Ranjan Kumar Rout, learned counsel
for the Appellant, or Mr. Asutosh Sahoo, learned counsel for the Respondent, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th
March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
