Judgment
RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(ORAL)
Petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents in the context of protecting his life and personal liberties from being
invaded by his real brother i.e. respondent No.4.
The conduct of respondent No.4 was scrutinized by the authority at the instance of the petitioner who is an NRI and it was found that respondent
No.4 is involved in cheating the petitioner. Legal opinion was sought from District Attorney who has given his opinion against respondent No.4.
Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has already approached the Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ludhiana by way of
representation dated 07.02.2018 which is statedly pending.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
In view of nature of order, which this Court proposes to pass there is no necessity of filing any reply, as no order prejudicial to the interest of either
party is being passed.
At this stage, without embarking upon merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the
representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any statement of fact made hereinabove.
