Judgment
This is a petition for transfer of Complaint Case No. 33/2008 titled Manoranjan Sondhi v. Nahar Singh and Anr. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Mawana, Meerut, U.P. to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Tees Hazari, Delhi for trial along with State Criminal Case No. 526/2/2003 titled State v. Manoranjan Sondhi and Ors. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and after going through the averments made in the petition and considering the age of the petitioners, we are of the view that Complaint Case No. 33/2008 titled Manoranjan Sondhi v. Nahar Singh and Anr. pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Mawana, Meerut, U.P. be transferred to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Tees Hazari, Delhi for trial along with State Criminal Case No. 526/2/2003 titled State v. Manoranjan Sondhi and Ors. We order accordingly. The Transfer Petition is allowed.
The records of the case be transmitted to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Tees Hazari, Delhi at an early date.
