Judgment

The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 23.11.2021 passed by Additional District Judge, Gharsana, District Sri Ganganagar in Civil Misc. Case No.15/2021 (CIS No.15/2021) whereby the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 r.w. Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure as preferred by the plaintiff petitioner had been rejected.
Vide interim order dated 10.11.2022, both the parties were directed to maintain status quo and it was directed that the property shall not be alienated further.
Both the learned counsels agree that the present appeal be disposed of while making the interim order dated 10.11.2022 absolute till the disposal of the suit.
In view of the above submission, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 10.11.2022. The parties shall maintain status quo and the property shall not be alienated further till the disposal of the suit.
The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
