Judgment
R.P. Nagrath, J.—This petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr. P.C. for setting aside the order dated 16.02.2010 (Annexure P-2) vide which petitioner had been declared proclaimed offender in FIR No. 18 dated 28.02.2007 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC registered at P.S. Ladowal, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), Judgment dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P/2A) vide which revision petition filed against the order has been dismissed and also the order dated 13.06.2011 (Annexure P-5) vide which application filed by the petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 16.02.2010 has been dismissed.
The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in CRM M-20637 of 2011 on 16.09.2011 on furnishing the bail bonds in FIR No. 18 dated 28.02.2007 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC registered at P.S. Ladowal, District Ludhiana.
Learned State counsel also submits that since the petitioner has released in terms of bail granted by this Court, he is no more a proclaimed offender.
In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and impugned order 16.02.1010 (Annexure P-2) is quashed.
