The petitioner, who was elected as President of Gram Panchayat, Bharara, District Chamba, in the year 2015, has come up before this Court
seeking supply of documents relied upon in the inquiry conducted against her by the Panchayat Inspector.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 6 and
Mr. Vikrant Thakur, Advocate on behalf of respondent No.8.
Learned Additional Advocate General submits that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent-State to supply all
necessary documents to the petitioner within ten days.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, we disposed of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent-State to supply all requisite documents to the petitioner within ten
days. After receipt of such documents, the petitioner may file her reply within thirty days in the concerned inquiry.
With the above observations, the writ petition is closed, so also the pending application(s), if any.
