Judgment
None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition when the case is called out.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
“1) That, the respondent competent authority may kindly be directed to initiate enquiry against the respondent No. 5 and 6 and if it is possible the enquiry relating to actual culprit of the intervening night 06.10.2017 to 07.10.2017 in relation to crime No. 339 of 2017 registered at Police Station – Torwa for an offence under Section 20B of NDPS Act and after proper enquiry take appropriate action against the respondent No. 5 and 6, so that they cannot be think for false implication in future.
2) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
Mr. Avinash Singh, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 to 4/State submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet submitted against him, if so advised.
