THE COURT held that under sec. 337A the Court was bound to cause the arrest of the judgment-debtor at once. The Court accordingly directed the Sheriff''s officer to arrest the judgment-debtor and the judgment-debtor being brought before the Court by the Sheriff''s officer, committed him to jail.
