Mr. Gaurav Dhingra, learned Panel Counsel for the petitioners, very fairly points out that the judgment of this Court in WP(C) 1093/2025^{11.Govt. of NCT of Delhi v. Ruchi}, on which the Central Administrative Tribunal^{22.“the Tribunal” hereinafter} has relied in the impugned judgment dated 18 February 2025 stands affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court by order dated 14 May 2026 in SLP(C) 27365/2025.

Accordingly, as the law on which the Tribunal has relied has received the imprimatur of the Supreme Court, we decline to interfere in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
