Judgment
Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education ['ICFRE', for short] has submitted to this Court Report dated 18th November, 2011, in regard to Bellary District, Karnataka, in a sealed cover. The Registry is directed to give a copy of this Report to Central Empowered Committee ['CEC, for short]. The affected parties are permitted to collect copies of the said Report from CEC on payment of requisite charges to CEC.
ICFRE has also sought permission to submit a Macro Level EIA Study Report for Chitradurga and Tumkur districts, Karnataka, by 15th December, 2011.
We extend the time for that purpose till 15th December, 2011.
As regards rehabilitation, the matter will be listed on 20th January, 2012.
As regards Macro Level EIA Study Report for Chitradurga and Tumkur districts, Karnataka, we direct ICFRE to give a copy of the Report to CEC as and when it is ready and the above procedure be followed by CEC while giving copies of the said Report to the affected parties. The Report need not be submitted in a sealed cover.
