Sri.Sudhirsingh R. Vijapur, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India accepts notice for respondent No.1.
Smt.Maya T.R., learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos.3 to 5.
Sri. Santoshkumar Maradi, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos.2 and 6 to 8.
In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are intending to interfere with the residential premises belonging to the petitioner without issuing notification for acquisition proceedings as required under law.
In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the constitutional rights guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, I feel that the respondents shall not interfere with the subject property belonging to the petitioner without due process of law. In the event, the respondent authorities sought to acquire the property belonging to the petitioner, the same has to be done by following the statutory provisions.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
