Judgment
ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Liquidator has placed reliance on the order of the Hon'ble High Court in Co. Petition No. 1058/2016 in the matter of Mitesh Raut V/s. v/s. BOP projects Pvt. Ltd. Vide order dated 04.12.2018, it was directed that the resolution of the Corporate Debtor, if possible, would be entertained by this forum, failing which the winding up proceedings pending before the Hon'ble High Court shall be proceeded with.
In view of the submissions made, we accept the prayer made by the Ld. Liquidator. Proceedings before this Bench stand terminated. The winding up shall be entertained by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. Ms. Aparna, Ld. Counsel appearing for Respondent company has prayed for details of the expenses made by the Liquidator. The same may be communicated to the Official Liquidator appointed in the proceedings before the Hon'ble High Court.
Petition stands disposed off. The Liquidator appointed by this Bench is hereby discharged. As nothing further survives, file be consigned to record room.
