Judgment
R.S. Jha, J.—Heard on the question of admission.
The only relief prayed for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents-authorities to consider and decide petitioner''s representation dated 25.03.2014 by which he has claimed GPF and other retiral dues on his being superannuated from service w.e.f. 31.10.2013.
It is submitted that the petitioner is required to undertake the marriage of his daughter but he has not been paid the retiral dues, as a result of which, he is hard pressed for money.
Counsel for the respondents submits that the representation dated 25.03.2014 of the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 25.03.2014 of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously as far as possible within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore the authority would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter either accept or reject the representation by passing a reasoned order.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
