Notice. Mr. Dalip K. Sharma, Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

The instant petition is being disposed of at this stage on the representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.3341 of 2019, titled as Madan Lal vs. State of H.P. & Anr., decided on 04.09.2021. He further submits that the petitioner shall be content at this stage in case respondents are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in Madan Lal’s case (supra) in a time-bound manner.

Prayer being innocuous is not opposed.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.3341 of 2019, titled as Madan Lal vs. State of H.P. & Anr., decided on 04.09.2021, within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s).
